Exhibitor show floor passes, which include exhibitor-level registration and access to the exhibit hall. They do not include access to any technical programming or events, including the Gala. Every exhibiting company is entitled to
two complimentary show floor passes.

Connectors
Please join us at the luncheon on Wednesday, October 26, at noon. Based upon your registration response, students, new professionals, and experienced professionals will be grouped together. You will be notified prior to the meeting and at the luncheon, you will have the opportunity to meet and get to know one another. We hope that you will also make every effort to connect at another time during the conference.
The goal of the Connectors program is to provide an avenue for individuals in SSP to grow their network and learn from others, supporting career development through direct contact with other sensory professionals. At the 2014 SSP Conference, a successful pilot program was completed that provided informal connections among more than 80 SSP members.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be made in writing and received by SSP no later than September 9, and are subject to a $100 processing fee. Ticketed events will be fully refunded. Ticketed events and meeting registration cancellations received after September 9, 2016, are not subject to a refund. SSP reserves the right to cancel any ticketed event should registrations not meet the minimum number of participants required. In the event of an SSP-cancelled event, SSP will fully refund registration fees for the cancelled ticketed event. SSP is not liable for nonrefundable airfares or ticket change penalties imposed by the airlines. By registering for this meeting, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms and conditions.
