How it works
- Complete the
brief interest survey and indicate whether you’d like to be a mentor, a mentee, or both.
- SSP’s matching team reviews responses and pairs participants based on goals, experience, and availability.
- Pairs should plan to meet monthly (about one hour) for a 6- to 12-month commitment.
- Program wrap-up and optional outcomes sharing at the end of the cycle.
