How did you get into the sensory field?
I met a PhD in sensory science who made me fall in love with this discipline.
What impact has sensory had on your life?
It allows me to innovate within a very traditional industry.
Describe a favorite sensory experience with a customer packaged good: The premium cigar, which is the product I deal with, is a perfect example of the convergence of so many different factors influencing the consumer experience. It is the catalyst for agriculture, tradition, luxury and camaraderie to meet for the pleasure of intense leisure time.
What is your favorite word? Least favorite word?
Favorite: Pleasure Least favorite: Leniency
What sound or noise do you love, what sound or noise do you hate?
Love: Inspiring music, invoking great times Hate: Insisting, repeated noise (like a jackhammer)
Besides your current role, if you could have any job in the world what would it be?
Veterinarian (I love animals)

I get great value from conferences and seminars. They inspire me to always strive for a better service.
