Winner of the Jean Caul Award for Outstanding Presentation on Use of Scientific Principles was Michael A. Nestrud of Cornell University for his poster, “Perceptual Mapping of Apples and Cheeses using Projective Mapping and Sorting.”

Winner of the Elaine Skinner Award for Outstanding Presentation on an Applied Topic was Tristin Brisbois Clarkson of the University of Alberta for her poster, “Taste and Smell Changes Experienced by Advanced Cancer Patients &#45; Stronger Not Weaker Perception.”

Winner of the Beverley Kroll Award for Outstanding Presentation that Develops or Expands a Method was Carrita A. Hightower of Kansas State University for her poster, “Descriptive Sensory Analysis of Toothpaste Flavor &amp;amp; Texture Using Two Distinct Sampling Methods: Brushing Versus Spoon Tasting.”</description>
