Please note: you do not have to log into your account to renew it; the email address given at the credit card site should match your membership address, though.
If your first and last name, or your email address, match your membership account records, then your renewal payment will automatically be linked to your account. If, though, your last name has changed and you have a new email address, then you will need to contact us first before making your payment.
If you are paying for someone else, please enter that person's society email address in the "Member Email Address" field on the "Billing Information" page (which you will access during the order process). If you don't have their address or this is not possible for some reason, then please be sure to enter the person's name in the "Member Name (if not you)" field.
Please note: our credit clearing vendor does not allow the exact same credit card to be used for the exact same amount more than once per day. If you have someone who needs to process more than one membership on a single (e.g., department or company) card, they will need to run the charges on separate days. We greatly apologize for this inconvenience, but the alternate would be to drop checking for duplicate charges entirely.
