Membership

Thank you for your interest in the Society of Sensory Professionals! Membership is open to anyone, in any country, with an interest in sensory or consumer science (see also our openness statement). The 2013 annual dues are $75 ($35 for students). Please note that membership is on calendar year basis; payment in 2013 does not extend into 2014.

To become a member, please follow these steps:
  1. Click on the "continue" button below
  2. Fill out the application form with your information
  3. Once you submit the form, you will be directed to a payment options page (if not redirected click on the link provided)
  4. On the payment page:
    • For secure online credit card processing, click on regular or student membership payment button
    • Or, call the provided number to order by phone
  5. You account will be activated once payment has been verified.
If you have already submitted the application form in an earlier web session and just need to pay, please use the "Fee Payment" menu button. Do not attempt to log into your account! You must go to the credit card processing site. If your fee payment fails for any reason, you do not need to submit another application. Once submitted, your web account is established, and will await activation until your payment is completely processed.
