The conference will be held at the The Westin Jersey City Newport. You can use the link provided below to make your hotel reservation online. If you prefer to investigate other hotels, or the Westin is sold out, please refer to the FAQ entry on local hotels.
For those attending both ASTM E-18 and SSP, please note that committee E-18 meetings are on Monday and Tuesday (October 8 and 9). The SSP conference starts on Wednesday, October 10, and runs through noon on Friday, October 12. At the hotel site, the “event” dates October 7 through 12 refer to span of time for which the conference rate is available.
