The conference will be held at the Marriott Napa Valley Hotel & Spa.  You can use one of the links provided below to make your hotel reservation online.  If you prefer to investigate other hotels, or the Marriott is sold out, please refer to the FAQ entry on local hotels.

For your convenience, two default date options are given below (for those attending just SSP and for both ASTM E-18 and SSP); however, at the Marriott’s web site, you may click on the check-in and check-out date fields (right-hand column) in order to pick the dates that work best for you.  The links just provide an initial range of dates.  The SSP conference program runs from noon on Wednesday, 10/27, through noon on Friday, 10/29.

The Social Networking and Sensory Tastings on Wednesday will be held at Yountville Community Center, Heritage Room, and the Thursday evening gala dinner will be held at Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, St. Helena.
