Cancellation of Registration Questions
How do I register to attend the Society of Sensory Professionals Meeting?
Registration is done through the conference registration page. Please note to get the membership discount, you must first be a society member and logged into the web site before you register for the conference!

Please register for SSP as soon as you know that you can attend. There is limited space and we do expect this conference to become fully booked. However, if you are not certain you can attend or do not have funding, please do not register.
Back to the topI am not sure if I attend SSP. Can I register now and then cancel later?
If you are unsure that you can attend, please do not register at this stage. Cancellation terms and conditions will apply to your registration once you submit your signed registration form. The SSP organizers incur prepaid costs for each place booked and you will be charged a cancellation fee. And, if you register, and the conference becomes fully booked, you prevent someone else from attending.

You must pay 100% of your registration fee prior to the start of the conference.

Information on submission deadlines and guidelines are detailed in the Call for Papers. All abstracts must be submitted using the website abstract submissions form.

Founding sponsors of SSP allow the organizing committee to fund this large undertaking. If you are interested in becoming a Founding Sponsor, please choose a level of sponsorship and mail a check to:
