Applications for two student representatives are now being accepted online through April 1, 2011.

If you are a student that would like to be a voice and advocate for other students in the SSP organization, then this opportunity might be for you. The biggest qualifications for student reps are the ability to commit time to the position and organizational abilities. During monthly executive committee meetings you will have the opportunity to advise various subcommittees of the impact on students of their decisions. Student reps should be self-directed and have the initiative to suggest and carry out programs during on and off conference years that benefit students. The monthly time commitment is relatively low around 3 or 4 hours per month. Currently the position will be a 1 year position with a 1 year extension option. Please fill out this online application prior to April 1, 2011.

Thanks to Alisa Doan and Michael Nestrud, the outgoing student reps, for their outstanding work as our student representatives!
